Dear guests,
please allow us to inform you about planned changes in transportation to our hotel during the STAROROBRNO IGNIS BRUNENSIS fireworks held on:
- Saturday 3 June from 10.30 p.m.
- Wednesday 7 June from 10.30 p.m.
- Saturday 10 June from 10.30 p.m.
- Wednesday 14 June from 10.30 p.m.
- Saturday 17 June from 10.30 p.m.
The Brno Municipal Department published a notification about restrictions and a complete closure of some roads around the water reservoir. Our hotel is also affected by the restrictions, so please note the following instructions.
PASSENGER CARS
Arrival route to the hotel via Přístaviště at the Brno dam will be closed during the fireworks days from 4.00 p.m. to 12.00 a.m. The closure concerns Hrázní street in the section from Rekreační street to Přístavní street (up to U Lva restaurant).
After 4.00 p.m., hotel guests coming from direction Kurim, the old highway and from Bystrc (at the gas station) to the hotel will be guided with orange arrows (with the inscription Maximus) across Kníničky and around the Atlantis Hotel. The same route applies also in the other direction.
MAXIMUS HOTEL BUS
The bus will operate for your hotel guests in both directions until 5.45 p.m.
(the Přístaviště stop <-> Maximus Resort hotel) according to the time schedule which you can find on our website or on paper at the hotel reception.
From 5.45 p.m. to 12.00 a.m. the bus will shuttle (according to the time schedule) on the route between the Maximus Resort hotel and the U Lva restaurant.
We are sorry for the possible inconvenience.
On the other hand, the fireworks and their reflections on the water can be an unforgettable experience.
