1 GENERAL PROVISIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n

1.1<\/strong> Event Services will be provided at the Hotel. In this case, the part of the Contract relating to Event Services refers to the rental agreement (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cRental Agreement\u201d<\/strong>).<\/p>\n

1.2<\/strong> Further details regarding the Event venue are set out in the Rental Agreement (hereinafter referred to as \u201cEvent Space\u201d<\/strong>).<\/p>\n

1.3<\/strong> Unless otherwise agreed in the Rental Agreement, the Event Space is equipped. A list detailing the equipment shall be provided to the Customer upon conclusion of the Rental Agreement.<\/p>\n

2 SUBJECT MATTER OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT AND PURPOSE OF RENTAL<\/strong><\/p>\n

2.1<\/strong> The subject matter of the Rental Agreement is Provider\u2019s undertaking, subject to the terms and conditions set out in the Rental Agreement and the Terms and Conditions, to let the Event Space to the Customer for the purpose of organising an Event.<\/p>\n

2.2<\/strong> The Customer undertakes to take possession of the Event Space from the Provider and to pay the Provider the agreed rent for the Event Space.<\/p>\n

3 PERIOD OF USE OF THE EVENT SPACE<\/strong><\/p>\n

3.1<\/strong> The Customer is entitled to use the Event Space during the period (days and hours) agreed in the Rental Agreement, and hence in the Offer (hereinafter referred to as \u201cPeriod of Use of the Event Space\u201d<\/strong>).<\/p>\n

3.2<\/strong> The period of use of the Event Space includes the duration of set-up, the duration of the actual Event and duration of dismantling following the end of the Event, unless otherwise agreed between the Customer and the Provider.<\/p>\n

3.3<\/strong> The Provider and the Customer shall execute a handover report concerning the handover and takeover of the Event Space at the start of the Period of Use of the Event Space and at the end of the Period of Use of the Event Space.<\/p>\n

4 DEPOSIT, RENT AND OTHER PAYMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n

4.1<\/strong> The Customer is obliged to pay the landlord the fee for the Event Services (hereinafter referred to as \u201cRent\u201d<\/strong>), which is included in the Fee.<\/p>\n

4.2<\/strong> The Rent includes the cost of renting the Event Space, energy costs and, where applicable, the cost of renting the equipment specified in more detail in the Lease Agreement (Offer). The amount of the Rent is set out in the Rental Agreement.<\/p>\n

4.3<\/strong> The period of use of the Event Space may only be extended with Provider\u2019s consent. The Customer is obliged to vacate the Event Space no later than the end of the Period of Use of the Event Space, or, where the Provider has given its consent, for a period extending beyond the Period of Use of the Event Space. Should the Customer fail to vacate the Event Space by the end of the agreed Period of Use of the Event Space or by the time agreed with the Provider, they shall be obliged to pay a contractual penalty of 3,000 CZK for each additional hour or part thereof, until the Event Space has been fully handed back to the Provider.<\/p>\n

5 TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE USE OF THE EVENT SPACE<\/strong><\/p>\n

5.1<\/strong> The Customer is obliged to use the Event Space in such a way as to prevent any damage to it.<\/p>\n

5.2<\/strong> The Customer is liable for any damage caused to the Event Space or its equipment from the moment of its formal handover by the Provider until the moment of its formal handover back to the Provider.<\/p>\n

5.3<\/strong> The Customer is obliged to ensure that the Event Space is cleaned and vacated by the end of the Period of Use of the Event Space at the latest.<\/p>\n

5.4<\/strong> The Customer is obliged to comply with the strict smoking ban, fire safety regulations, hygiene regulations and other relevant regulations; in particular, the Customer undertakes to ensure that the Event does not cause a nuisance to Hotel\u2019s guests through noise, i.e. to ensure that noise from the Event does not exceed the permitted noise limits.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
