The interior of the lobby bar is undergoing a major transformation.

The parking capacity is increased thanks to the construction of a public underground garage providing parking for 25 vehicles.
2016
The new Portum restaurant is built and the Sauna Dome is enlarged. A second car park is also completed.
2015
Phase 3 of the wellness centre is open: an outdoor pool and whirlpool with a fresh bar. A kitchen, restaurant and lobby bar have also been added.
2014
The Phase 2 wellness – the outdoor sauna area – was completed and became the biggest outdoor wellness in the Czech Republic.
2013
Construction of a gym and the garden restaurant was completed.
2012
40 rooms, a congress hall, a sports hall, a wedding palace and Phase 1 of wellness – indoor pool, saunas, steam rooms and a private SPA – are now in operation.
2005
The property is purchased by Maximus Resort, a.s. This is the start of great things and preparations of the unique wellness hotel.
1998
A training and recreational structure for the Ingass company with 25 rooms is built in the place of the current Maximus Resort hotel.
