When is check-in and when is check-out?
Standard Check-in is possible from 3 p.m. and check-out until 11 a.m. Late departure is possible for an additional fee of CZK 500 until 2 p.m. or CZK 1000 until 4 p.m.
A modern, spacious room offered in three Feng Shui colours (blue, orange and brown) with a balcony and a view of the surrounding landscape or the spa. The rooms are located on the first,second and third floor (elevator available) and have a bathroom with a shower. One of the rooms is adapted for people with physical disabilities and another room on the 1st floor has a direct connection to the adjoining room for families with children.
The hotel interiors were designed in collaboration with Feng Shui specialists. This Eastern philosophy brings more WOOD, EARTH and METAL energy to the Deluxe Plus rooms. The Wood Energy Rooms (113-116, 213-216 and 306-309) promote good health, new ideas, creativity and personal growth. If you come for quiet relaxation, pleasant contemplation, body care or to strengthen relationships with family or customers, we recommend rooms with more earthy energy (i.e. 117-119, 217-219 and 310-312). Are you coming for business, to bring things to a successful conclusion, to settle your ideas or to fine-tune existing concepts and company organisation? Then take one of our rooms with metal energy (201-204).

Frequently asked questions
What are the cancellation conditions?
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. You can use the prepaid amount for your next stay. In case of cancellation earlier than 72 hours before arrival, a cancellation fee equal to the total price of the stay purchased will be charged.
Can I bring my dog with me?
Yes, you can take your “four-legged buddy” with you. You just need to pay CZK 600 per night for a smaller dog up to 15 kg or CZK 1000 per night for a bigger dog. However, please note that for health reasons animals cannot visit our restaurant or wellness centre.
How can I use a voucher from Amazing places?
Just create a binding written reservation that includes your consent to use the voucher along with your name, e-mail address, dates of stay and unique voucher code. Confirmation of the voucher redemption will be sent to your e-mail.
