AD Hotels
The hotel industry was added to AD Group in 2005, when we became the owners of a small hotel near the Brno Water Reservoir. Soon we started to prepare a unique project of a new wellness and congress hotel and in 2010 we started its construction. Two years later, a brand new hotel called Maximus Resort was presented to the public.
In 2018, we expanded our group with another hotel: the SEN hotel in Senohraby near Prague, which we opened to the public in September 2019 after major renovation. Each of our hotels is different, but what makes them equal is the high quality of services offered and the pleasant environment that we have created together with the help of Feng Shui specialists. And you will feel the positive effects of this Eastern philosophy throughout your stay.
Hotel SEN is situated in Senohraby nearby Prague in a picturesque landscape associated with the Czech painter Josef Lada. It is a chateau-style hotel and is a twin of the Brno-based Maximum Resort hotel in terms of quality and concept. The hotel offers beautiful rooms in three and four star standard, a gourmet restaurant, a romantic castle garden with a wedding meadow and an outdoor swimming pool with an adjacent restaurant. For conferences or social events, there are modern congress rooms for up to 250 people with excellent technical facilities. The hotel’s location was already popular in the days of the 1920s thanks to the fresh air flowing through the hilly landscape. The hotel’s location in the middle of beautiful countryside with many cycle paths and a number of natural, cultural and historical attractions makes it a great starting point for your excursions.
