How to reach us by car

exit from D1 motorway – Exit 190 – Brno západ
go through the tunnel and continue in the direction of Svitavy
after about 1.5 km turn right towards Bystrc, přehrada (water reservoir)
after about 3 km there will be a traffic light (on the right side there will be the Uni Hobby store)
at this crossing you can either go straight but you can also turn right – whichever you do, you will reach the hotel

Parking at the hotel

All parking areas at the hotel with a total capacity of 292 parking spaces are available to guests free of charge. The only exception is the underground garage, which is available for a fee of CZK 50 per hour or CZK 500 per day.

Departure by car

Via Kníničky

Via Kníničky (this is better in winter) turn right at the traffic lights

just after the crossing, take the main road to the left and continue past Uni Hobby towards Kníničky
you will pass through the whole village of Kníničky and at the end turn left towards Rozdrojovice
after about 1 km turn left again (behind the Atlantis Hotel)
you will reach a crossing where you turn left and on your left you will see the Maximus Resort Hotel and the entrance to parking

Via the dock area

Go straight at the traffic lights if you want to reach the hotel via the water reservoir dock

take the main road towards Přístaviště (keep right)
after about 200 m uphill turn right to Přístaviště and continue straight
go over the dam of the Brno water reservoir and continue 1.5 km along the bank on Hrázní Street (the water is on your left) – finally you will see the Maximus Resort Hotel (on your right)
