When is check-in and when is check-out?
Standard check-in is from 15.00, check-out is from 11.00 a.m. Late check-out is possible for an additional fee of CZK 500 until 14.00 or CZK 1000 until 16.00.

How is the cancellation policy?
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. You can use the prepaid amount for your next stay. If you cancel your reservation later than 72 hours before arrival, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the total price of the purchased stay.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, you can bring your dog with you. You just need to pay 600 CZK/night for a smaller dog up to 15 kg or 1000 CZK/night for a larger dog. However, please note that for hygiene reasons, pets cannot visit our restaurant or spa.
How can I use a voucher from Amazing places?
Just create a binding written reservation that includes your consent to use the voucher along with your name, e-mail address, dates of stay and the unique voucher code. Confirmation of the voucher redemption will be sent to the e-mail address you provided.

What are the opening hours of the wellness centre?
The wellness centre is open on weekdays from 10.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. On weekends and public holidays it is open from 9.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m.
Do I need to have a printed voucher with me?
A printed voucher will speed up check-in considerably. However, if you forget it at home, nothing will happen. We’ll handle it anyway.
What are your hygienic measures?
The health of our clients and employees is our top priority. This is why we regularly disinfect surfaces and objects such as railings and door handles. We also ask visitors with respiratory illnesses or fever to postpone their stay with us.
Can children visit the spa?
The water and sauna world is designed for adults and children who are at least 145 cm tall.

You can choose between one large hall with 340 seats or up to five smaller sound-proof meeting rooms.
What if I need a gluten-free diet?
If you have gluten or other food intolerance, please let us know at check-in. Tell the waiter who will greet you at the restaurant at the latest.
