The chef and his team have prepared for you the traditional MINESTRONE soup, JAMÓN SERRANO WITH HONEY MELON as a starter and, according to your selection, either RAVIOLLI FILLED WITH SALMON AND RICOTTA or VEAL OSSBUCO WITH SAFFRON RISOTTO as a main course. TIRAMISU dessert is the sweet ending.
