Beginning tomorrow (4. 11. 2016) for the whole November there will be a new themed menu “Venison from our forests” in our restaurant, It will be served daily from 17.00h.
You will have a choice of three main courses: Fallow deer shoulder with red wine and plum jam, cranberries and gingerbread dumplings or Deer leg with vegetables and rosehip sauce, cabbage and potato rosti. Or you can try Mouflon leg with juniper and venison demi-glace, beans and potato fondant. And our qualified sommeliers are happy to recommend something from our selection of fine wines.
And we would like to know which venison you prefer.
